ESG Implementation

Every ESG strategy is only as good as its implementation. Management is responsible for setting direction and objectives, but successful implementation involves, to a large extent, all teams in your organisation. To ensure that your strategy flourishes, we will in this phase guide all parties involved and together:

• set up a ESG governance structure with task forces and steering committee,

• develop action plans for each of your goals with the task forces,

• clarify who to involve for executing actions,

• define KPIs to monitor progress.

To guide you to a successful implementation, we:

• assure a governance structure that follows the strategy’s logic,

• guide you in selecting cross-functional team members for the different task forces,

• describe clear roles and responsibilities and

• guide and support task forces towards effective implementation.

If your sustainability manager needs reinforcement or is temporarily absent, we can provide interim sustainability management functions. We can jump in at short notice, as some of our most senior colleagues have extensive experience as sustainability manager.
